Designing learning from the learner's point of view
I partner with organizations to develop curriculum, strategies, and resources that help people learn, grow, and take action.

My Approach
Learning is most effective when people can see themselves in it, connect it to their own experiences, and apply it in ways that matter to them.
I begin by building collaborative relationships and understanding the learners, context, and goals that shape the learning experience.
I design learning that reflects people's lived experiences, builds on existing strengths, reduces barriers to participation, and creates opportunities for meaningful engagement.
The result is learning that helps people build confidence, apply new knowledge and skills, and recognize the value of their own expertise.
